Fall 2026 Miami Skate Academy Private Memberships
PAID SESSIONS ARE AT HOME — NEVER ON MIAMI-DADE COUNTY PROPERTY
All paid membership coaching sessions, private training, and paid session add-ons are conducted at the skater’s home, on private residential property with the property owner’s authorization. We DO NOT conduct paid lessons or private training on county property, at county parks, or at any public park or public skatepark.
Your membership payment covers at-home or private coaching only. It does not pay for public Miami Dade County park activities or meetups.

Miami Skate Academy offers a completely private, at-home coaching membership for youth skateboarding and athletic development. All paid membership sessions take place at the skater’s home, never on Miami Dade County property or at Miami Dade County public parks.
Private sessions focus on balance, coordination, technique, strength, confidence, discipline, and individual progression.
What Your Private Membership Includes
Choose 1, 2, or 4 private at-home coaching sessions per month according to your membership level. Arrange session days and the home training area directly with MSA, subject to availability and suitability for the planned activities.
Membership payments cover at-home private coaching. Public skatepark meetups are not paid membership sessions, are not an included coaching benefit, and do not replace private sessions.

Every paid session listed above takes place at home, not on county property.
Optional At-Home Add-ons
Skate Along $20 • Hands-On 1:1 $40. These paid session add-ons take place at the skater’s home only, never on county property or at public parks. Availability varies and RSVP is required. Neither fee applies to independent public skatepark meetups.

Paid Events: Private Locations Only
Events offered for a fee through our website take place only at authorized private locations. We do not bring those paid events, paid instruction, or other fee-based services to county property or public parks. This separation is part of our commitment to respecting park rules and guidance from park officials.
Public skatepark meetups are separate from website event purchases and private coaching bookings. No event ticket, membership payment, or purchase is required to participate in an independently parent-organized public meetup.
Community/Program Support Contribution
An 18% Automatic Contribution for Community/Program Support applies to Miami Skate Academy private memberships, at-home private sessions, and paid at-home add-ons to fund team gear, refreshments, and expenses like wax, shirts/trophies, and griptape. Listed prices do not include this extra charge. Text us OPT-OUT anytime to cancel this automatic charge. This contribution is not a charge for attending independent public meetups.
Private Coaching at the Skater’s Home
All membership coaching is arranged privately with the family and conducted at the skater’s home on private or residential property where the property owner has authorized the activity. Dates and times are agreed directly with MSA. No paid session is held at Miami Dade county Parks or follows a public-park training schedule.
Independent Parent-Organized Public Skatepark Meetups
Parents of skaters in our community may independently arrange public skatepark meetups. These are 100% free to attend and entirely voluntary, separate from MSA’s paid at-home coaching membership. No membership purchase is required to join these public meetups.
Families choose which meetup days, if any, they wish to attend. MSA does not organize, lead, or provide coaching at these meetups. They are not MSA lessons, supervised team training, paid add-ons, or a substitute for private membership sessions.
Parents coordinate meetup arrangements and their children’s supervision directly with one another. Families should follow posted park rules, applicable ordinances, and guidance from park officials, and check with the relevant park authority about any permissions required for their gathering.

Private Session Scheduling Notes
RSVP is required for at-home private sessions and paid at-home add-ons. Please arrive on time. The existing no-makeup and card-on-file arrangements remain in place for paid private services. Holidays, weather, location suitability, and availability may affect scheduling.
