Where does Miami Skate Academy teach?

We coach at skateparks and public parks across Miami and nearby South Florida communities. The best location depends on the skater’s experience level, goals, home area, coach availability, and park conditions.

Do you offer at-home skateboarding lessons?

Yes, at-home or neighborhood sessions may be available when there is a safe, appropriate place to practice. We often recommend a skatepark because it gives students more terrain and room to progress.

Do you teach beginners?

Yes. Private skateboarding lessons are especially helpful for first-time riders who need focused support with stance, balance, pushing, stopping, turning, confidence, and safe riding habits.

Do you offer group lessons?

Yes. Semi-private and small-group options may be available for friends, siblings, or skaters at a similar level. Group size and coach availability can vary.

How do we schedule a lesson?

1. Text 786-394-7314 with the skater’s name, age, experience level, and preferred area.
2. We will help you choose the right lesson, coach, park, and program.
3. Confirm the date, time, location, and payment details before arriving.

What should a skater bring?

Bring a skateboard, helmet, water, and any additional protective gear the skater uses. Please arrive ready to skate and follow the coach’s safety instructions.

What happens if weather affects the lesson?

Weather, park conditions, and holidays can affect scheduling. The assigned coach or Miami Skate Academy team will confirm any changes. Makeups and cancellation rules can vary by program.

Do memberships include weekday and weekend training?
